The seasons of the year can be a great time for some, or terrible for others. The change from the green spring to the hot summer and the cool fall to the cold winter can put a person angry at the world. But different people enjoy different seasons because everybody has their own preference.

When winter is over for the year all of the snow will melt and there will be a warmth in the air, this means spring is on its way. All of the animals come out of their warm hiding places and take in a deep breath of the warm air. The trees start growing little green leaves and grow bigger than they were before. Most people have a love-hate relationship with spring, they’re happy to get warmth but hate the pollen that the new leaves produce.

After spring, summer starts to come in. The warm weather changes to hot weather but the pollen that people do not like starts to leave. This is the time when everyone’s out of school, or go on vacation. All of the kids will be outside playing games with all of their friends and chasing the ice cream truck throughout the neighborhood. Some people think that summer is the best time of year.

When the dog days of summer finish, fall will start. The green leaves that were thriving throughout all of the trees will start to die off and the days will get colder. This is a time of family gatherings for holidays like thanksgiving. Fall is until the all of the leaves are all the trees and the ground gets cold and starts to get icy. And the animals start to go back into their warm hiding places for the winter.

And last, but not least winter will start. The days are short and cold, but the scenery is amazing. The white snow on the willow and pine trees are a sight that cannot be described from any person. The children will be off school because of the snow on the grounds, so they will be out playing games in the snow with all of their friends. Everybody’s house will be warm and toasty from their fireplace’s being on and because of the blankets throughout the house. The children will be opening presents under the Christmas tree on Christmas morning. Christmas can be a magical time for some people, it depends on the way a person looks at it.

After winter is over, the year starts all over again and the same goes for the seasons. The air and ground warms up as winter ends because spring is on its way. The seasons are a reoccurring process, every year all four come and go as the world gets older. Every year all of the seasons stay in the same order, do the same things that happened the last year, and the people of the world still have the same opinion of each of them.
